Abstract
The compounds are substituted S-(aminoalkyl)-isothioureas which are histamine H.sub.2 -antagonists. Two specific compounds of the present invention are S-[6-(N'-methylthioureido)hexyl]isothiourea and S-[5-(N'-cyano-N'-methylguanidino)pentyl]isothiourea.
