Provided are a terminal device that communicates with a base station apparatus, in which, in a case where second information is not received, whether or not to perform transmission on a physical downlink shared channel in a DwPTS of a special subframe that is based on a UL-DL configuration that is indicated by first information is stipulated based on a special subframe configuration that is based on fourth information and on a cyclic prefix in downlink, and in a case where second information is received, whether or not to perform the transmission on the physical downlink shared channel in the DwPTS of the special subframe that is based on the UL-DL configuration which is indicated by third information is stipulated based on the special subframe configuration that is based on the fourth information and on the cyclic prefix in downlink.
