Abstract
The trash bag holder includes a substantially rectangular two-part frame assembly for clamping the trash bag in an open position, the frame assembly including an upper frame member and a lower frame member. A pair of latches releasably secure the upper frame and the lower frame to each other with the open mouth of the bag clamped between the members.
