In an embodiment, the non-transitory computer-readable storage medium includes instructions that, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to perform steps involving receiving parameters, selecting pre-configured slices from a library of slices that satisfy the parameters, and placing the selected slices to generate a configuration variant in accordance with slice placement logic.
