When a route guide to a specific location is requested, congestion information considering the number of vehicles having already arrived at the specific location at the moment that the route guide is requested and the estimated number of vehicles expected to arrive is generated and provided, such that a user requesting the route guide can learn the congestion information on the specific location in advance.
