The air conditioning system includes: an indoor apparatus and an outdoor apparatus. The outdoor apparatus includes a variable-frequency compressor and a controller configured to perform a variable-frequency control on the variable-frequency compressor according to operation parameters of the variable-frequency compressor and independent from the indoor apparatus.
