The radio network node (110) adapts (302) a transport format relating to the transmission based on information indicating at least one mode switching point of a radio transmitter (1420). The radio transmitter (1420) is comprised in the user equipment (120). The user equipment (120) adapts (1110) the transmission based on the information indicating at least one mode switching point of the radio transmitter (1420) comprised in the user equipment (120).
