Abstract
A functional training kit includes a box and a plurality of components adapted to fit within the box. At least some of the components and the box are adapted such that the at least some of the components are attachable to the outside of the box to provide at least one functional training rig attached to the outside of the box. The box can comprise an ISO shipping container and the functional training rig is adapted to be supportable, both by the box and by the ground.
