A dermal access device for fluid injection comprising a bearing block for fixation of the device onto a patient's skin, a slider movably connected to the bearing block and a hollow needle arranged at the slider for puncturing the skin, wherein the needle creates a puncture angle with respect to the skin surface when puncturing the skin, which does not exceed 25°.
