Abstract
The invention relates to substitution derivatives of N6-benzyladenosine-5′-monophosphate of the general formula I, wherein (R)n represents 1 to 4 substituents (n is in the range 1-4), which can be the same or different, and R is selected from the group comprising C1 to C8 alkyl, C1 to C8 alkoxy, amino, halogen, hydroxy, mercapto and nitro groups, and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. This invention also relates to methods of their preparation, their use as medicaments and in other biotechnological applications, and a therapeutic composition containing these derivatives.
