Abstract
The present invention concerns a method for extracting a random signature from a subject material element, comprising:
- a phase to generate at least one acquisition vector of structural characteristics of at least one region of the subject material element,a phase to generate at least one random signature vector from the acquisition vector, the random signature vector comprising: at least one random component having a stable nature so that its value may be found on each implementation of the method on one same region of the subject material element,and/or at least one random component having an unstable nature so that its value is likely to vary random fashion on each implementation of the method on one same region of the subject material element, use of the random signature vector as random signature.
