A method for reducing vibration transmissivity of an article defining a cavity comprises the steps of providing a gelatinous vibration reducing composition comprising the poly-alpha-olefin component and the polymeric granules, providing the article defining the cavity, and disposing the gelatinous vibration reducing composition into the cavity of the article for reducing vibration transmissivity of the article.
