Abstract
A substrate is provided with a metal electron donating surface made up of metal particles on the substrate, the metal particles having palladium and at least one metal selected from gold, ruthenium, rhodium, osmium, iridium, or platinum. The amount of the metal particles present on the substrate is from about 0.001 to about 8 μg/cm2 and wherein the substrate is part of a device or object from aspects of the medical field.
