Abstract
The present invention is directed to a compound according to formula,
- (R2R3)-B1-A1-c(A2-A3-A4-A5-A6-A7-A8-A9)-A10-A11-A12-A13-B2-B3-R1, that act as ligands for one or more of the melanocortin receptors, the pharmaceutically-acceptable salts thereof, to methods of using such peptides to treat mammals and to pharmaceutical compositions useful therefore comprising said peptides.
