A pharmaceutical useful as a therapeutic agent and a preventive agent for hyperlipemia, and a pharmaceutical useful as a therapeutic agent and a preventive agent for hepatic disorders associated with cholestasis, particularly, primary biliary cirrhosis and primary sclerosing cholangitis, and a pharmaceutical useful as a therapeutic agent and a preventive agent for obesity, fatty liver and steatohepatitis are provided.
