Abstract
It becomes possible to easily transfer a dry type electrode layer to the surface of the green sheet with high accuracy without breaking or deforming the green sheet, moreover, components of the adhesive layer do not soak in the electrode layer or green sheet. Also, the supporting sheet is extremely easily released, and a production cost of a multilayer ceramic capacitor is reduced.
