Watch including a movement that incorporates a tourbillon mechanism having a single cage (13, 18, 22) holding the balance (15), this cage (13, 18, 22) rotating about an axis (X--X) forming an angle with the plane of the watch movement. The axis of rotation of the balance (15) forms an angle essentially perpendicular with the axis of rotation (X--X) of the cage (13, 18, 22).
