Abstract
A display device element substrate of the present invention includes a plastic film, an adhesive layer formed on the plastic film, a transparent electrode which is formed on or over the adhesive layer and to which a display signal is supplied, and barrier insulating layer patterns formed on respective portions between patterns of a plurality of transparent electrodes, in addition, projection-like resin layers may be formed on the barrier insulating layer patterns.
