Abstract
A method for treating an adenocarcinoma excluding colon cancer, lung cancer and gastric cancer, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof and suffering from adenocarcinoma cancer, a pharmaceutically effective amount of at least one sulfoquinovosylacylglycerol compound represented by formula (1): ##STR00001## wherein R.sub.101 represents an acyl residue of an unsaturated higher fatty acid, and R.sub.102 represents a hydrogen atom, and/or at least one pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
