Abstract
In a laser-engravable flexographic printing element, the relief-forming layer comprises a conductivity carbon black having a specific surface area of at least 150 m.sup.2/g and a DBP number of at least 150 ml/100 g. Flexographic printing plates are produced by a process in which a printing relief is engraved into said flexographic printing element by means of a laser system.
