Abstract
An antibody variable region of a monoclonal antibody specifically binding to human tumor necrosis factor-.alpha. contains at least one of a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region having specific complementarity determining regions therein. A nucleic acid molecule encoding the same, a recombinant vector containing the nucleic acid molecule, and a cell transformed with the recombinant vector are also provided.
