Abstract
A solvent blend effective to remove grease and oil includes a hydro treated light petroleum distillate in combination with a glycol ether and an ester solvent. Each of the components has a vapor pressure of less than 0.1 mm Hg at 20.degree. C. and accordingly contained no volatile organic compounds. These effectively remove grease and oil and can be emulsified into water to form an aqueous cleaning composition.
