A compound selected from these of formula (I): ##STR1## wherein: R.sub.1 represents hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, heteroaryl, heteroarylalkyl, alkoxycarbonyl, aryloxycarbonyl, arylalkoxycarbonyl, heterocycloalkoxycarbonyl, alkylsulfonyl, arylsulfonyl, arylalkylsulfonyl or phosphono, R.sub.2 represents oxygen or sulphur, R.sub.3 represents hydrogen or alkyl, cycloalkyl or arylalkyl, X represents linear or branched (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6)alkylene, R.sub.4 represents a group selected from amino optionally substituted by one or two groups, --N(R.sub.3)--X.sub.1 --OR.sub.5 wherein R.sub.3, X.sub.1 and R.sub.5 are as defined in the description, --N(R.sub.3)--X.sub.1 --NR.sub.6 R.sub.7 wherein R.sub.3, X.sub.1, R.sub.6 and R.sub.7 are as defined in the description, hydroxy, alkoxy, aryloxy, --O--X.sub.1 --OR.sub.5 wherein R.sub.5 and X.sub.1 are as defined in the description, and --O--X.sub.1 --NR.sub.6 R.sub.7 wherein R.sub.6, R.sub.7 and X.sub.1 are as defined in the description, its isomers, and also addition salts thereof with a pharmaceutically acceptable acid or base, and medical products containing the same which are useful in the treatment of cancer.
