A cabin (10) of construction machinery disposed on an upper structure (2) having a front working machine installed thereon, comprising a first side structural body (11) having an openable door (20) provided thereon, a second side structural body (10) disposed at a position adjacent to the front working machine (7), a front part (13) provided between both side structural bodies (11) and (12) and having a front window (23) generally on the entire surface thereof, a roof part (15), and a rear surface part (14), wherein a lateral rail (26) is provided at the upper position of the front window (23) and a reinforcing member (30) for reinforcing the lateral rail (23) is installed across the first and secon side structural bodies (11) and (12).
