Abstract
A fungicidal composition comprises an acceptable carrier and/or surface active agent and a synergistically effective amount of (a) at least one benzophenone of formula I ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, R.sup.6, R.sup.7, m and n have the meaning given; and at least one compound of formula II ##STR2## in which Ar and R.sup.8 have the meaning given. The composition is useful in a method of controlling the growth of phytopathogenic fungi at a locus. The method comprises applying synergistically effective amounts of (a) and (b) to the locus.
