Abstract
The present invention relates to an administration schedule comprising the intravenous administration of a .alpha.-halogen-acryloyl distamycin derivative of formula (I) ##STR1## wherein R is a bromine or chlorine atom; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The above administration allows the treatment of a variety of tumors in mammals.
