A pegboard assembly adapted for the receipt of standard hook and rod devices in both 1/4 inch and 1/8 inch thickness which engages the hook portion of such devices at both a vertically disposed front plate and a horizontally disposed top plate so as to insure both firm support and resistance to lateral shift.
