The present invention reveals a novel structure of guaiacoxypropanolamines shown in formula I: ##STR1## The composition comprising formula I acts as active intergant and pharmaceutical acceptable vehicle. The composition by perfect administration routes in the mammal when given potential .alpha./.beta.-adrenergic blocking, is selective for emergency hypertension.
