Abstract

The invention relates to novel substituted cyanophenyluracils of the general formula (I) ##STR1## in which R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5 and Q are each as defined in the description, to processes for their preparation, to novel intermediates and to their use as herbicides and insecticides.
