Abstract
An iridium-containing nickel-base superalloy which has an orderly arrayed allow structure to be strengthened by precipitation and contains iridium dissolved in the .gamma. and .gamma.' phases to be strengthened by solid solution, thus being improved in high-temperature strength and resistance to high-temperature corrosion. The superalloy can be prepared by adding iridium to a general nickel-base superalloy
