Abstract
The present invention relates to novel compounds of the formula in which: X is a halogen atom, R.sub.1 and R.sub.2, which are identical or different, are each --H or --A--B--R.sub.3, A is a linear or branched C.sub.1 -C.sub.12 -alkylene chain, B is a single bond, a divalent phenylene group or a divalent indolyl group of the structure ##STR1## R.sub.3 is --H, --OH, --NR.sub.4 R.sub.5 or --COR.sub.6, R.sub.6 is --OH, --OCH.sub.3, --OC.sub.2 H.sub.5 or --NR.sub.4 R.sub.5, R.sub.4 and R.sub.5, which are identical or different, are each H, a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl group, --(CH.sub.2).sub.n --OH, --(CH.sub.2).sub.n --N(CH.sub.3).sub.2 or --CO--CH.sub.3, and n is an integer with a value of 2, 3 or 4; and their addition salts. It further relates to their preparation and to their use in therapeutics, especially for the treatment of pathological conditions involving bradykinin.
