Abstract
A brush body feeding device for feeding individualized brush bodies from a collective supply (18) to a tufting station in a brush making machine comprises a discharging device (10) for successively discharging individual brush bodies from the collective supply (18). A delivering device (14) delivers brush bodies to the tufting station in a continuous stream of aligned brush bodies. A storage conveyor (36) is arranged between the discharging device (10) and the delivering device (14) perfoms a buffering function to compensate for any inconsistent operation of the discharging device (10).
