A physiologically acceptable, radiolabelled compound of general formula ##STR1## where k is an integer from 2 to 5 l is an integer from 1 to 5 X and Y are independently selected from phenyl or naphthyl radical each of which can be substituted by one or more amino, mono- or di- substituted amino, halogen, hydroxy, mercapto, nitro, cyano, thiocyano, alkyl, alkoxy, halogenoalkyl, acyl, acylamino, acyloxy, carboxyl, alkoxycarbonyl, carbamoyl, pyridoylamino, N-carboxyalkyl-carbamoyl, sulpho, sulphamoyl, mono- or dialkylated or phenylated sulphamoyl which can also carry one or more substituents R', alkylsulphonyl, alkoxysulphonyl, --(CH.sub.2).sub.p NHCOR', --COR' or by an optionally hydroxy-containing phenylsulphonyl or phenoxysulphonyl; or X and Y are independently selected from pyridine or quinoline radical each of which can be substituted by amine, halogen, hydroxy, alkyl, or carbamoyl; where R' is as defined for X and Y; R' is alkyl-L where L is halogen or other leaving group; 2,5-diketo-pyrrolinyl, --Het--CH.dbd.CH.sub.2 wherein Het is a heterocyclic ring.
