Abstract
The use of antibodies against human alpha tumor necrosis factor in antilymphocyte antibody therapy is described. The anti-human alpha tumor necrosis factor antibodies may be used to prevent or treat shock-related conditions arising from antilymphocyte antibody therapy. Also described are compositions containing anti-human alpha tumor necrosis factor antibodies and antilymphocyte antibodies, as well as recombinant anti-human alpha tumor necrosis factor antibodies.
