Abstract
The inventive membrane of high selectivity comprises a laminated enzyme membrane, which is enclosed by two cellulose membranes. The laminated enzyme membrane is an enzyme-containing polyurethane layer; the cellulose membranes are coated with cellulose nitrate. The inventive process is characterized in that ferricyanide or hydrogen peroxide is added in the presence of peroxidase to the measurement sample, the measurement portion or the enzyme membrane.
