Abstract
Stabilizers for synthetic polymer compositions are provided which are poly(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl piperidyl amino)-1,3,5-triazines having the formula: ##STR1## in which: R is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen; alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, hydroxyalkyl and alkoxy having from one to about twelve carbon atoms; acyl having from about one to about twelve carbon atoms; and oxyl; X and Y are each selected from the group consisting of ##STR2## wherein: R.sub.1 is selected from the group consisting of alkyl, hydroxyalkyl and alkylenealkoxy having from one to about twelve carbon atoms; cycloalkyl having from three to about twelve carbon atoms; and aryl having from six to about eighteen carbon atoms; R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen; alkyl having from one to about twelve carbon atoms; cycloalkyl having from three to about twelve carbon atoms; and aryl having from six to about eighteen carbon atoms; and R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 taken together as a five to six member ring including the nitrogen atom in the ring; and ##STR3##
