Abstract
The invention relates to a dielectric composition which, in particular, is useable in the thick layer technology for making printed condensers by means of the screen printing process. The composition contains as a dielectric active substance Bi.sub.2 [A.sub.2-x.sup.a+ Nb.sub.x ], whereby the condition a (2-x)+5x=8 is applied and A are one of a plurality of metal ions from the group Mg.sup.2+,Ni.sup.2+,Zn.sup.2+,Co.sup.2+,Ca.sup.2+,Sn.sup.2+,Mn.sup.2+,Co.sup.3+ Mn.sup.3+,Al.sup.3+ and Cr.sup.3+.
