Abstract
A wheel hub suitable for industrial vehicles, having, in a hollow body a uction gear and a brake being located at the end of the shaft of the reduction gear. The brake has, alternating with interpolated discs rotationally fast on the hollow body, a plurality of brake discs rotationally fast on the shaft of the reduction gear, the interpolated discs being mounted to rotate freely on a single support column which is parallel to the said shaft, is offset in relation to the latter and is fixed to the hollow body.
