Abstract
The invention provides compounds of the formula: ##STR1## wherein each of R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4, R.sub.5 and R.sub.6 are defined hereinbelow. These compounds exhibit valuable pharmacological activity and are useful in the treatment of mammals, e.g. as diuretic agents. Furthermore, they have antithrombotic and anti-hypertensive effects.
