Carbamoyl pyrazoles of formula ##STR1## and their salts, wherein R.sup.1 represents alkyl or cycloalkyl; R.sup.2 represents a hydrogen atom or alkyl of 1-6 carbon atoms; R.sup.3 represents alkyl or alkenyl; R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 are the same or different and each represents alkyl of 1-6 carbon atoms; and n represents 0, 1 or 2, are pesticides, especially insecticides.
