Abstract
An electronic device and a controlling method thereof are provided. For example, the electronic device may include: a projection unit including a projector, at least one sensor, a memory configured to store at least one instruction, and at least one processor, individually and/or collectively, configured to execute the at least one instruction, and at least one processor, individually and/or collectively, is configured to: obtain information regarding a first distance between the electronic device and a screen through the at least one sensor, obtain information regarding a second distance between the electronic device and a user through the at least one sensor, obtain information regarding a third distance between the user and the screen based on the information regarding the first distance and the information regarding the second distance, adjust at least one parameter related to a quality of a projected image based on the information regarding the first distance, the information regarding the third distance and information regarding visual acuity of the user, and control the projection unit to emit light corresponding to the image based on the adjusted at least one parameter.
