Abstract

The present invention relates to method and system for travel route optimization. The method includes receiving origin location and destination location via user interface. The method includes identifying candidate travel routes between origin location and destination location based on parameters. The parameters comprise type of vehicle being driven by driver, condition of vehicle, driver preferences, essential stops enroute, historical travel route information, historical accident information, historical crime data, current diversion data, current weather data. The method includes generating score associated with candidate travel routes. The method includes generating summary associated with candidate travel routes using machine learning techniques. The method includes providing generated score and summary of candidate travel routes alongside preview of candidate travel routes. The method includes receiving second input for selection of final travel route from candidate travel routes. The method includes providing turn-by-turn navigation guidelines to navigate vehicle through final travel route via user interface.
