Provided are a pharmaceutical composition of a GLP-1 receptor and a GIP receptor dual agonist, and a use thereof. Specifically, the pharmaceutical composition comprises a GLP-1 analogue as shown in general formula (I), and a buffer such as a phosphate buffer; the composition may further comprise an osmoregulator such as propylene glycol, sodium chloride or mannitol.
