An intraoral device for use in treating a sleep apnea condition may include an intraoral device body, a first advancement structure configured to be coupled to a first jaw of a patient, and an intraoral actuator coupled to the first advancement structure. The intraoral actuator may be configured to displace a lower jaw of the patient from a first position to a second position in order to treat the sleep apnea condition. Displacing the lower jaw of the patient may include advancing the lower jaw from the first position to the second position with the first intraoral actuator acting against the first advancement structure. The intraoral actuator may displace the lower jaw of the patient based at least in part on data from at least one sensor.
