Abstract
Methods and devices for noise filtering of a three-dimensional scanner are disclosed. The scan image processing method according to one embodiment comprises: acquiring first scan data values regarding a surface of an object; acquiring second scan data values regarding the surface of the object; determining first vectors connecting the first scan data values from a virtual focus, or second vectors connecting the second scan data values from the virtual focus; determining whether first vectors intersect the second scan data values or second vectors intersect the first scan data values; and, if at least one of the first vectors intersects at least one of the second scan data values, deleting a data value associated with the intersected first vector, and, if at least one of the second vectors intersects at least one of the first scan data values, deleting the first scan data value that intersects with the second vector.
