Abstract

An air fryer includes fryer body, cooking cavity, hot air cavity outside the cooking cavity, and frying system within the hot air cavity. The cooking cavity has ventilation holes corresponding to the frying system and having return holes and hot air holes. Frying basket assembly has a food basket and a flow guide, front and rear side of the basket have inlet and outlet holes corresponding to the return holes. The flow guide extends from left and right sides of the basket to rear side of the basket. Channel is formed between the flow guide and the cooking cavity. Heat flow enters the cooking cavity through the hot air holes and is guided into the channel and flows to a front of the cooking cavity, enters the basket from the inlet holes and flows out from the outlet holes and back to the hot air cavity through the return holes.
