The information determining method according to an embodiment of this application includes: determining, by a communication device, that a referred resource associated with a CSI report is located in a first time domain unit, where the first time domain unit includes at least one time domain unit that is at least N time units subsequent to a first time domain resource, and the first time domain resource is a time domain resource for an uplink channel carrying the CSI report, where N is a positive integer.
