Abstract
A distance measuring device according to an embodiment includes: a distance measuring section that measures depth information indicating a distance to an object within a distance measurement range expanding in a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction for each of strip regions including a plurality of pixels arranged at least in the first direction; and a calculation section that generates a depth image of the distance measurement range on a basis of the depth information for each of the pixels measured for each of the strip regions; wherein positions of boundaries between strip regions adjacent in the first direction are different between a plurality of pixel lines extending in the first direction and arranged in the second direction, and the calculation section corrects a pixel value of a pixel in another pixel line in the plurality of pixel lines on a basis of a pixel value of one of two pixels sandwiching a boundary formed by the two strip regions adjacent in the first direction.
