a lower (110) and a higher (120) station, each arranged to receive and hold weights;a ropeway (130), arranged to transport weights back and forth between said stations, comprising a transport wire (131), an electric motor (132) and an electric generator (133), said weights being arranged to be attached to said transport wire at a station,the ropeway being arranged to activate the motor to transport said weights between said stations;the ropeway further being arranged to activate the generator during transport of said weights between said stations while generating electric power.
