The method comprises: sending computing power announcement information of a target computing node to a second computing network element node, wherein the computing power announcement information comprises at least one of the following: first field information used for recording computing service capability information of the target computing node; second field information used for recording a computing resource state of the target computing node; and third field information used for recording a computing service state of the target computing node.
